1. Introduction

Welcome to Dream-N-Drive Pvt Ltd. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Services. These terms govern all transactions related to IT hardware, software, warranty services, networking, surveillance, AMC, and digital marketing solutions provided by our company across Delhi NCR and India.

2. Products & Services

Dream-N-Drive provides IT hardware, licensed software, networking equipment, surveillance systems, printers, servers and storage, along with genuine extended warranty plans and digital services including website design, SEO, social media and paid advertising. All products are subject to availability. Warranty services for brands such as Lenovo and HP are governed by the respective manufacturer's own terms and policies.

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payments must be made as per the terms agreed in the invoice or service agreement. Delayed payments may result in service suspension, delayed delivery, or additional charges as communicated at the time of the transaction.

4. Warranty & Support

Extended warranty and care pack services are subject to the original manufacturer's terms and conditions. Support related to original brand warranties is provided directly through the respective brand's own authorized service network. Dream-N-Drive facilitates registration and coordination of these plans but does not alter or override manufacturer warranty terms.

5. AMC and Ongoing Services

Annual Maintenance Contracts cover the scope of work, response times, and inclusions specifically agreed at the time of signing. Comprehensive and non-comprehensive plans differ in what is covered, and any parts or replacements outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before work proceeds.

6. Digital Marketing & Web Services

Project timelines, deliverables, and scope of work for website design, SEO, SMO, and PPC services are defined in a written agreement or proposal. Dream-N-Drive does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, social media growth figures, or advertising outcomes, since these depend partly on third-party platform policies and algorithm changes outside our control.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms vary by service type and are specified in the relevant invoice, quotation, or service agreement. Hardware orders once dispatched are generally not eligible for refund except where covered under manufacturer return policy. Service and AMC fees already utilised are non-refundable. Any exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dream-N-Drive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, beyond the amount actually paid for the specific product or service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and service materials are the intellectual property of Dream-N-Drive Pvt Ltd and may not be reproduced, copied, or redistributed without prior written permission.

10. Privacy of Your Information

Information you share with us through enquiries, orders, or service requests is used solely to deliver the products and services requested, and is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell customer information to third parties.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
